Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026
Your privacy matters. This page explains, simply, what data Manar Studio processes when you visit this site or get in touch, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible for your data
Manar Studio. Contact for any question about your data: confidentialite@manar.studio.
The data we process
This site has no user accounts. The contact form sends your message (name, email address and text) by email to the Manar Studio team, via Cloudflare. It is not kept anywhere other than our mailbox.
To block bots, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile: Cloudflare runs a technical check in your browser when you start filling it in. When you write to us or book a call, we receive the information you give us: name, email address, company, the content of your message.
If you accept audience measurement, Cloudflare processes browsing data: page views, origin, device type, button clicks and reading depth.
When you book a call or write to us from an offer page (for example the free product audit), we also receive where your visit came from: the campaign parameters in the address (source, campaign), the site you came from and the landing page. This is not stored in your browser nor followed from page to page: it is only sent along with your request, so we know which ad or piece of content brought you here. The “Get in touch with me” form receives your email address and, if you wish, your first name, your app’s address and the tool used.
Like any website, our host records technical logs (IP address, date and time, pages requested) to keep the service secure and working.
To understand where traffic comes from and tell real visits from robots, each page view also sends a technical signal to our Worker: IP address, country and network operator, browser type, page viewed, origin (campaign parameters, referring site) and screen size. This information is written to our host’s technical logs and kept for a few days only, without being linked to your identity or stored in your browser. Basis: our legitimate interest (site security and traffic quality). The signal is not sent if your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control).
Why, and on what basis
- Answering your requests and preparing a possible collaboration: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest.
- Keeping the site secure and working: legitimate interest.
- Measuring audience and improving the site: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Meeting our legal and accounting obligations where applicable: legal obligation.
For how long
Conversations with no follow-up are kept for 3 years after the last contact. Data linked to a contract is kept for its duration, then for the legal periods. Technical logs are kept for 30 days by the host. Audience measurement data is kept by Cloudflare for 25 months.
Who has access
Only the Manar Studio team and the technical providers strictly needed (hosting, audience measurement with your consent, email: Cloudflare, Cal.com). We do not sell your data. If a provider is located outside the European Union, an appropriate transfer framework is used: the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, object to it, and request portability. Write to us at confidentialite@manar.studio; we reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can complain to the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
Cookies and trackers
By default, this site neither sets nor loads any tracker. On your first visit, a banner asks for your consent to audience measurement (Cloudflare, Inc., United States). You can refuse as easily as you accept.
Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser. You can change it at any time with “Manage cookies” at the bottom of the page: if you withdraw your consent, the page reloads and measurement stops.
The site may also store a display preference, strictly necessary for it to work and exempt from consent. Fonts are served from the site itself.
The booking button leads to a third-party service (Cal.com): its own terms and privacy policy apply as soon as you click.
